A new administrator and a new website
Welcome to your new-look FuturePlanner website, where you can find lots of information to help you understand your pension, including videos and interactive tools.
This coincides with a significant milestone for FuturePlanner, which has not only just celebrated its 10th anniversary but has also reached the point where the total assets of our members have surpassed £100 million.
Your new administration service
In addition, we are pleased to confirm that the transition to our new administrator, PS Administration Limited (known as PSAL) is complete. The PSAL service is now open and you can get in touch by calling 0118 467 5900 or by email.
As a FuturePlanner member, PSAL’s online service, called MyPension.com, is available to you and we strongly encourage you to sign up for it. It allows you to manage your FuturePlanner account online as well as update your details and make changes to your investments.
