Tell us your wishes

Please remember to make sure your Expression of Wish form is up to date.

It is very helpful to the Trustees if you have let them know of your wishes with regard to benefits should you die in service. This allows you to tell them who you would like to receive any lump sum that may be payable. They would take this into account in making their decision, although they are not bound to do so.  The easiest way to do this is online in your own account mypension.com.  You can, however, complete a form if you wish to do so.

When you have completed your expression of wish form, please return it to the administrators, XPS Administration.
