As part of their preparation for the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) coming into force on 25 May 2018, the Trustee has published it's Fair Processing Notice and Appendix on the Scheme website. These documents set out how the Trustee, and it's advisers, process personal data in compliance with the GDPR requirements. This can be viewed in the Trustee documents section of the library.
